Open enrollment period has been extended and ends November 8, 2017-The shelter will be open from approximately 12-1-17 to 3-30-18, for homeless families with at least one dependent child. Designated City of Gilroy Community Development staff along with other designated local agencies can refer eligible families directly to Saint Joseph’s Family Center (SJFC), 7950 Church St., Gilroy, CA, during the open enrollment period. Homelessness will be verified by SJFC staff and a lottery process will be used to select beneficiaries. SJFC will provide case management and other ancillary services during the program season.
