The City and AFSCME, Local 101, the union that represents the non-management general employees, have reached a tentative agreement for one year successor Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) covering wages, hours and working conditions for both the General and Supervisory Units. The MOUs will be considered for approval by the Gilroy City Council on Monday, August 2, 2021. The draft updated MOUs is attached below for reference.
