The City of Gilroy’s Housing and Community Development Division announces the availability of a Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and local Housing Trust Fund (HTF) grant funding in Fiscal Years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.
22-RFP-HCD-471 relates to eligible high need projects/programs funded with CDBG and HTF dollars that serve the low-income community of Gilroy.
