The City of Gilroy, along with the City of Morgan Hill, Guild Mortgage, and the California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) are hosting an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Grant Program Informational Webinar on Thursday, September 29, from 6 PM – 7 PM.
If you have been considering building an ADU, live in Santa Clara County, and have a household income of up to $300,000 annually, then this webinar is for you! The CalHFA ADU Grant provides up to $40,000 towards pre-development and non-recurring closing costs associated with the construction of an ADU.
