Today, Monday, November 28, 2022, the City of Gilroy received notice from the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters that the Petition for Recall of Gilroy City Council Woman Rebeca Armendariz was found insufficient. The Registrar of Voters made this determination based on a random statistical sampling of the petition, which found that the petition did not contain the required valid signatures.
