JANUARY UPDATE:
In spite of the recent storms, crews have made some significant progress on the Downtown Gourmet Parking Lot, including the installation of the asphalt and landscaping.
Still to come, weather permitting, is the signing and striping, installation of lighting poles, and bike and pedestrian amenities. The city expects an opening of the parking lot in early spring.
