The City is in the process of applying for federal grant funding for constructing the 10th Street Bridge over Uvas Creek. As part of the application process, the City is required to gather feedback from the community regarding the project. It is our goal to understand the level of community support for the bridge and to note the concerns, if any, of the community regarding the proposed project.
On February 9, 2023, the City of Gilroy will hold a virtual community meeting to discuss the plans for the 10th Street Bridge and to receive feedback from the community. The feedback provided will be included as part of the grant application.
