The Santa Clara County Library District, in collaboration with the County of Santa Clara Health System, NAMI, and Bay Area Legal Aid, is organizing a series of events at SCCLD libraries to educate the community about mental health care and available services. The aim is to empower residents with knowledge about their right to mental health services and promote better health for all. These presentations will cover common mental health conditions, signs to watch out for, and the necessary steps to access care and resources. As part of this initiative, the Gilroy Library will be hosting a presentation on Wednesday, August 30, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The address is 350 W. Sixth Street, Gilroy, CA 95020.
